All staff members of Austin Christian Academy have been carefully selected on the basis of their faith, education, experience and integrity. The most outstanding requirements for the instructional staff are a complete and personal acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ and a visible daily walk of the Christian life, who have been called by God to the teaching profession.  

Staff at ACA display strong leadership and teaching abilities that enables them to help bring children up in the training and instruction of the Lord. (Eph. 6:4b),  unselfish spirit of dedication to the students, proven expertise in their assigned teaching and belief that Christian school ministry is their service to God.
