Austin Christian Academy is a conservative, high academics school. Our mission is that all students may know Christ and share their faith, living it out daily as they become successful learners.

We are seek excellence in educators who have a Bachelor of Education Degree and a Manitoba Teacher’s certificate or the ability to obtain a limited teaching certificate.   As a funded independent school, we are currently seeking to fill the following positions for the 2025-2026 school year. Your application will include your statement of faith as well as your academic credentials. We offer small size classes, high parental involvement and the opportunity to work with like-minded colleagues.

Austin Christian Academy makes hiring decisions for teaching staff for the up coming school  during March-May time period. Occasionally ACA will need to hire teachers outside this time period due to leave of absence or unforeseen situations.
